Adam has over 16 years of experience within learning & development and the contact centre industry. He started his contact centre career in 2002 as an Advisor for Virgin Mobile UK. He quickly moved up the ranks and became CITP certified within Virgin Mobile taking ownership of designing and delivering a variety a training programmes and courses.
In 2007 Adam took the opportunity to move to South Africa and take up his first managerial position within the Learning & Development field. He has worked within three major Contact Centre outsourcers within South Africa handling all training requirements for a variety of customer channels including; Energy suppliers, Mobile Cellular networks, Insurance, Government and the Financial Sector. Each business area required different skills to be applied namely, customer services, sales and after care sales, customer collections and retentions. In addition, Adam has been responsible for the initial and ongoing leadership development for all new and existing managers.
In 2013 Adam Joined Webhelp South Africa where he has been responsible for both the Management Development function as well as the Operational L&D teams. In 2017, Adam was promoted to take on the responsibility of defining and delivering the Leadership & Organisational Development strategy across the UK, South Africa and India for Webhelp.
This is the 2nd year Adam has been a national adjudicator at the prestigious South African Contact Centre Awards .
