Starting off her career in 2001, as a call centre consultant in the banking industry, Annie moved into leadership roles within the financial services sector and insurance business, before moving into retail solutions.
Annie Padayachee is an executive who heads up managed business processes, globally. Her business area was one of the pioneers of cloud-based telephony in Africa. She has been in the Contact Centre business for the past 17 years and holds a Diploma in Contact Centre Management, which was obtained in 2005. She also has a six sigma certification in lean practices and is currently studying toward a Master’s degree. In 2016, she acquired a qualification through the University of Pretoria, in Global Leadership. Her passion is to create opportunities for growth to enhance socioeconomic progress.
