Best Skills/People Innovation

Any skills / people innovation conceived, developed and deployed in a contact centre to improve business and/or people performance. The innovation must demonstrate creativity and viability and include evidence linking the organisational development, business and people strategy.

The skills / people innovation must have been successfully implemented, assessed and evaluated in full, within the past 12 months.

The award aims to recognise an innovation that significantly added value in enhancing skills and people experience within an organisation or industry from either an internal team and/or external provider.

The Force awakens: Nomination of Judges

We are looking for an chosen few who will help us form our council and strive to find the future Jedi Masters of our industry.

The contact centre industry awards have long been viewed as the pinnacle event of the year where the best of the best are recognised and celebrated. This year we are planning on pulling out all the stops and have started to work with the relevant stakeholders to review the categories, the submission and judging process and will be investigating how to leverage technology to innovate and enable a robust and valuable industry award process.

Core to the success of this initiative is a panel of enthusiastic, competent and passionate judges who are able to provide insight and create value in both the content of the online categories and assist with the interviews to find the winners.
