Rogan is currently the Group CEO for O’Keeffe & Swartz, an award winning, market leading outsourced call centre in South Africa specialising in the sale of simple insurance solutions.
Established in 1993, O’Keeffe & Swartz (OKS) focuses exclusively on selling simple insurance solutions to high affinity lists via outbound calling. With 24 years of experience in direct marketing and the selling of insurance solutions, and working in partnership with a portfolio of blue chip clients in the financial services industry, OKS is trusted for the delivery of quality sales. OKS has a track record of outstanding sales performance and stringent quality and compliance processes in the insurance and direct marketing sectors. OKS’ reputation as a market leader in the industry has been earned by delivering results for their clients, and is acknowledged through numerous local and international awards.
Rogan’s work experience ranges from leading and growing businesses, sales to brand management, branch distribution and operations, customer service, Sales & Service call centers, collections and strategy. Rogan has experience working across multiple operating brands and across companies.
Prior to joining O’Keeffe & Swartz, Rogan was at ABSA where he managed the groups retail in and outbound call centers for the Sub Saharan Africa region. Rogan has also worked at the IQ Business Group as head of financial services and African Bank in various roles. Prior to working in Financial services, Rogan owned and managed a number of franchise restaurants in both Johannesburg and KZN.
Rogan holds an MBA, cum laude, from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), University of Pretoria and has also attended the Wits Business Schools (WBS) International executive development program which attended courses at WBS in Johannesburg, London Business School in the UK and the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, India.
